2025 IIS Modle United Nations

明道中學今年第一場外縣市模擬聯合國(Model UN) 會議出訪團於12/12~12/14前往義大國際學校參與第一屆IISMUN模聯會議。本次由國際部蔡宗杭和張心柔老師帶領九位包含國中、高中及國際部7~10年級的同學出訪。

雖然其中有不少同學是第一次參與模聯會議，但經過大家透過校內不同模聯活動的管道(課內、課後社團)和出隊前的集中訓練，再加上會議前一晚大家聚精會神地討論和練習，大家在會議場上都勇敢地跨出了第一步。也期待大家帶著這次的經驗和成長一起參與學校將在名年 3/7~3/8 舉辦得Winter IntroMUN!

Mingdao High School’s first cross-city Model UN (MUN) delegation of the year traveled to I-Shou International School from December 12 to December 14 to participate in the inaugural IISMUN Conference.

The delegation was led by Mr. Tzung-Hang, Tsai and Ms. Hsing Ruo, Chang from the International Department and consisted of nine students from Grades 7 to 10, representing both the junior high, senior high, and international departments.

Although many of the students were attending their first MUN conference, they all demonstrated the courage to step out of their comfort zones during the conference sessions through various on-campus MUN-related opportunities—including in-class activities, after-school clubs, focused pre-conference training sessions, and additionally, late-night discussions and practice on the night before the conference.

We look forward to seeing them carry forward the experience and growth gained from this journey as they continue their MUN learning at Mingdao, especially in the upcoming Winter IntroMUN, which will be hosted by our school on March 7–8 next year.
