Dear MDID new recruits,

Welcome to Mingdao High School International Department. The middle school years are an exciting time when children are learning new things and making new friends. The MYP program at Mingdao will provide an important transition and chance to equip them with learning skills to apply learning in many ways in their future. MDID is committed to developing young people to become ethical thinkers, independent learners and global citizens. 

“Grades are important but they are not everything!”

Middle years and high school education prepare students for their college and career. But what does matter more is to prepare students with critical thinking skills to distinguish between bad and good. And also education inspires students to explore the world and find their true passions and strengths creatively. I truly believe that character determines one’s future. As the director of MDID, my job is not only to bring everyone to continue a rigorous program but also to build a positive spirit with integrity at our school. We absolutely will face challenges but together will we conquer it!
